If selected for an interview, PE Global will fully support you in getting ready.
1. Initial Contact or Application
You can begin your journey with PE Global in one of two ways:
- Apply directly to a job advert on our website or job boards.
- Upload your CV, so we can match you with suitable opportunities as they arise.
Once we receive your application or CV, one of our specialist recruiters will review your profile to assess your experience, skills, and alignment with current roles.
2. First Contact from a Recruiter
If your profile matches an open role, a dedicated PE Global recruiter will get in touch with you by phone or email. This initial conversation will cover:
- Your experience and career goals
- Job preferences (location, contract type, salary expectations)
- The role(s) we believe suit your profile
We’ll also explain the client’s requirements and the next steps in the process.
3. CV Review and Feedback
Our team may recommend tailoring your CV to highlight specific skills or experience based on the role. We want you to make the best impression possible. We’ll guide you on:
- Industry-specific keywords
- Formatting and presentation
- Emphasising achievements relevant to the position
4. Submission to Client
With your consent, we’ll submit your updated CV to the client. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, including:
- When your CV has been sent
- Client feedback and response times
- Interview arrangements (if shortlisted)
5. Interview Preparation
If selected for an interview, PE Global will fully support you in getting ready. We offer:
- Details about the interview format (phone, video, or in-person)
- Insights into the company culture and team
- Common interview questions and tips tailored to the role
- Follow-up check-ins to answer any last-minute queries
6. Feedback and Offer
After your interview, we’ll gather feedback from both you and the client. If successful, we’ll handle the offer stage, including:
- Negotiating salary and benefits on your behalf
- Confirming start dates and contract terms
- Supporting any required paperwork, such as compliance checks (where relevant)
If you’re not selected, we’ll provide constructive feedback and continue to search for other suitable roles for you.
7. Onboarding and Aftercare
Once you accept an offer, PE Global remains in contact to ensure a smooth start. We provide:
- Onboarding guidance
- Ongoing support during your first weeks
- Check-ins to see how the role is progressing
