Certification & Compliance Coordinator

Location: Bracknell / Winnersh, Wokingham

Pay Rate: £19.61 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Contract position

Working Arrangement: Minimum 4 days per week on-site

PE Global is currently recruiting a Certification & Compliance Coordinator on behalf of a leading global multinational company.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused professional to join a technical and regulatory team supporting product certification, compliance and documentation activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to support regulatory requirements for both new and existing products, ensuring technical and certification documentation is accurate, complete and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare regulatory documentation for product certification schemes.
  • Work with the team to support regulatory and corporate changes affecting existing products.
  • Prepare mark-ups and request changes to product packaging and labels.
  • Scan and archive technical files.
  • Support the shipment of regulatory samples for testing.
  • Maintain documentation within divisional and corporate systems.
  • Perform routine regulatory tasks for new and existing products.
  • Support the wider team with technical documentation, proofreading, approvals and other compliance activities as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for accuracy.
  • Experience working with technical or critical documentation, including creation, mark-ups, proofreading and approvals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within a multinational company is desirable.
  • Knowledge of PPE products, relevant standards and regulatory frameworks is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible, self-motivated and committed to maintaining a high level of personal integrity.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a scientific or engineering discipline is desirable but not essential.

Location & Working Pattern

This role requires a minimum of 4 days per week on-site, working from either the company’s Bracknell office or its new site in Winnersh, Wokingham.
