About the Role

St. Conal’s Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) to join there Occupational Health Department for a maternity leave cover position. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to play a key role in supporting staff wellbeing and delivering high-quality OH services within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Management of Occupational Blood Exposures

• Processing Pre-Placement Health Assessments

• Vaccination & Blood Clinics

• Case Management of Staff Health Concerns

• Supporting Outbreak Management and Infection-Prevention Measures

• Ensuring high standards of care and professional practice throughout the department.

 Essential Requirements

• Post-graduate qualification and/or experience in Occupational Health Nursing

• Minimum 5+ years post-registration clinical experience

• Ability to work independently and manage varied caseloads

• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills

• Commitment to maintaining professional standards and confidentiality
