Pharmacy Technician – Full-Time | Location: Shannon, Co. Clare | 7 day roster | 40 Hrs per week 

I am recruiting for a professional Pharmacy Technician to join my client’s team in Shannon, Co. Clare. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with working hours scheduled according to the pharmacy roster across Monday to Sunday.

The Role

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work as part of a busy pharmacy team, supporting the pharmacist and providing a high standard of service to our customers and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing and preparing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Assisting the pharmacist with the day-to-day running of the pharmacy
• Providing excellent customer service and advice within your scope of practice
• Managing stock, ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
• Supporting the safe and efficient operation of the dispensary
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality and patient care
• Working effectively as part of a friendly and supportive team

Candidate Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician qualification and relevant experience
• Previous pharmacy experience is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A professional, reliable and patient-focused approach
• Flexibility to work rostered hours across Monday to Sunday
