Clinical Nurse Manager 2

PE Global Healthcare are assisting their client to recruit for a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 for a healthcare establishment based in Wicklow in a full time permanent role. As CMN II you will oversee and ensure the provision of the highest quality clinical care to all individuals within the service.

CNM 2 Role:

• A minimum of 3 years post registration experience and currently operating at CNMI level or Senior Staff Nurse Level.
• Have line management or significant supervisory experience within the disability or broad personal social services field.
• Have experience in the delivery of training to staff at all levels.
• Can demonstrate evidence-based decision-making skills.
• Driving license and willingness to drive for work.
• Desire for personal and professional development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
