CSA Supervisor

Description:

We are currently seeking a CSA Supervisor to join our client’s team in Sweden. As a dedicated data centre delivery partner, are they committed to delivering high-quality turnkey solutions to our clients across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Oversee the program to ensure timely completion of works.
• Maintain quality standards by coordinating with QA engineers and ensuring correct documentation submission by contractors.
• Monitor contractors’ works to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications, minimizing snags and ensuring the highest quality.
• Manage subcontractor activities, track progress against schedule and manpower levels, and prevent damage to finished works.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and participate in look-ahead meetings.
• Coordinate works to ensure all trades have sufficient time, materials, and resources to complete their tasks on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage material storage, and participate in daily site meetings.
• Possess strong management skills to drive productivity and meet deadlines effectively.
• Previous experience in data centre projects is advantageous but not necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Trade qualified or construction-related qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience on large-scale projects as a finishing foreman/manager.
• Strong management skills with the ability to drive productivity and meet deadlines.
• Data centre experience is advantageous but not necessary.
