Do you have previous Dispatch Operator / Logistics Administrator experience within a regulated setting ?

*These roles are for immediate starts only, we can not work around notice periods and/or holidays or college timetables. 

*Contract duration is 6 to 8 weeks max. 

We are currently looking for Dispatch Operator / Logistics Admin to work within a medical setting on a Monday to Friday days roster. Roles are based within walking distance of City Centre. Successful candidates will require manual handling cert, safety boots and be available to start asap.

Role will involve packing flu vaccine boxes, arranging delivery with couriers to sites, taking out of fridges at certain times, knowing how many are due back every day, keeping track of everything, strong organisation essential.

Key Skills:

• Candidates will need to have worked in a production / warehousing previously.
• If candidates have worked in a regulated setting within a GMP / SOP environment this is a strong advantage.
• Operate equipment required to complete specified tasks.
• Prepare components for manual assembly
• Set up equipment and operate
• Perform operator machine maintenance as specified.
• Completion of all necessary production related documentation.
• Use our ERP system to transact Work orders.
• Adherence to all necessary requirements relating to production, safety and housekeeping
• Problem Solving capabilities
• Good Time Management
• Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people.
• Manual Handling Cert & Own Safety Boots essential.
• Working Hours Monday to Friday only.
• Parking available on site

€15 per hour.

***Candidates will need to be able to work fulltime with correct permissions – we can not work around college time tables, languages courses and we can not start candidates on Stamp 2 visa’s as roles are full time only.
