Company Overview:
Our client is a leading Electrical Contractor based in Cork, renowned for delivering high-quality electrical solutions across a wide range of sectors. With a growing portfolio of maintenance contracts and new build projects, they are now looking to add a skilled and motivated Qualified Electrician to their team.

Role Overview:
This is a varied role offering exposure to both reactive and planned maintenance works, as well as involvement in new electrical installations on commercial and industrial projects. The successful candidate will join a supportive and professional team, working across the Cork region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on existing installations.

• Install and commission new electrical systems in line with current regulations.

• Liaise with clients and site supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Interpret and work from electrical drawings and technical specifications.

• Ensure all work is completed safely, to a high standard, and in compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ET101, ETCI rules).

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Electrician with a valid QQI Level 6 Electrical Trade Certificate or equivalent.

• Safe Pass and Manual Handling (in-date).

• Experience working across both maintenance and new installation projects.

• Strong knowledge of current Irish electrical regulations and standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full clean driving licence.

Desirable:

• Experience with industrial or commercial electrical systems.

• Additional certifications such as MEWP or Confined Space Training.
