About the Opportunity

PE Global is currently recruiting Qualified Electricians on behalf of a leading electrical contractor for a high-profile commercial fit-out project based in Cork City.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, and fit-out projects across Ireland. While the initial assignment is on a flagship Cork City development, these are permanent positions offering long-term career prospects due to the company’s extensive pipeline of upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of containment systems including tray, trunking, basket, and conduit.
• Installation, termination, and testing of electrical systems.
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
• Carrying out works in accordance with project quality and safety standards.
• Collaborating effectively with supervisors, site management, and other trades.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within project timelines.

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician with recognised electrical trade certification.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience working on commercial construction projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
