Person In Charge (PIC) – Cork City

PE Global Healthcare is currently recruiting for an exciting Person In Charge (PIC) opportunity with a new residential service based in Cork City.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading teams to achieve positive outcomes for service users.

Key Requirements:

• CORU registration is essential.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Previous experience working within disability, residential, or social care services is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence and access to transport.
• A thorough understanding of HIQA standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and management to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred services.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, regulations, and organisational policies.
• Support, supervise, and develop staff teams.
• Promote a culture of quality, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
