We are seeking a Group Treasury Subject Matter Expert to join our Group Treasury Management Department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Optimize external debt placement, including through the use of Preferred Funding Entities.
- Optimize intra-group capital placement through Preferred Lending Entities.
- Contribute to the development and management of an In-House Bank for cash pooling and payment factory.
- Apply your expertise in global financial risk management to meet operational needs.
- Provide insights into global supply chain financing arrangements and Group Treasury governance and organizational requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from a recognized institution. Additional certifications such as CTP, CFA, CMA, or CPC are advantageous.
- At least ten years of experience in various treasury roles, demonstrating extensive experience across Treasury functions.
- Proven ability to mentor, motivate, train, and develop less experienced staff.
- Resilience in driving cultural change within the organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
