As Tier 1 suppliers to the HSE, PE Global Healthcare is recruiting for a Social Care Leader based in the Midlands!

This is a full-time contract role, ideally starting as soon as possible. You will be part of the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT), offering interdisciplinary support to children and young people based on the priorities identified with the family during the Individual Family Support Planning process.

The Role

As Social Care Leader, you will:

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Social Care Workers delivering high-quality, person-centred supports.

• Coordinate and manage daily service delivery in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for children and their families.

• Oversee staff supervision, rostering, and service planning.

• Act as a key link between families, staff, and the wider team to ensure effective communication and consistency of care.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline (e.g. Social Work, Youth Work, Nursing, Psychology).

• Significant post-qualification experience within disability services, ideally with children and young people.

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a community setting.

• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding, and best practice in disability services.

• Garda vetting to be completed on application. International Police Check if living abroad for more than 6 months. 
• Resident in Ireland and legal right to work without restriction (sponsorship is not available).

Desirable:

• Previous experience working in a children’s or disability multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in family support and case management.
