New Residential Social Care Service – Location: Clonmel, Co. Tipperary
Full-Time | Permanent | Multiple Positions Available

My client is launching a new residential social care service in Clonmel, and we are now building a full team of passionate, experienced professionals to support the service from the outset. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new service and play a key role in establishing a positive, supportive and high-quality environment for the young people in care.

I am currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Service Manager – €55,000 – €60,000
• Deputy Manager – €45,000 – €50,000 DOE
• 3 x Social Care Leaders – €42,000 – €46,000
• 6 x Social Care Workers / Residential Childcare Workers – €37,500 – €41,000

All salaries are incremental. 

Suitable Backgrounds

Applications are welcomed from experienced:

• Social Care Workers
• Social Care Leaders
• Residential Childcare Professionals
• Early Years professionals with relevant transferable experience

Candidates requiring sponsorship may be considered.

Rosters & Working Pattern

The service operates on a residential shift-based model. 48 hours

• Shifts are typically 10:00am to 10:30am the following morning.
• Staff will generally work two 24-hour shifts per week.
• Rosters are provided 6–8 weeks in advance.
• No random last-minute shift allocations.

Annual Leave

• 20 days annual leave.
• Birthday leave 
• Company days
