What You’ll Do

• Assess the needs of individuals, children, families, and vulnerable adults.
• Develop and implement person-centred care and support plans.
• Provide advocacy, guidance, and crisis intervention where required.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, community organisations, and external agencies.
• Maintain accurate case records and reports in line with professional standards.
• Promote safeguarding, social inclusion, and positive outcomes for service users.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification in Social Work recognised in Ireland.
• Registration with the relevant professional body.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Eligible to work in Ireland is necessary.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Full driving licence and access to transport desirable.
