Support Worker (Suffolk)

HCA – Elysium Healthcare – Bury St Edmunds

You must have:

• At least 6 months of clinical experience as a support worker (within the last 2 years in the UK)
• Able to provide 2 clinical references from your current/previous employer
• GSA approved Bild Accredited PMVA.
• Olivia McGowan training.  
• F2F BLS and Manual Handling
• Care certificate
• Preferably CAMHS experience
• Experienced in eating disorder

Your responsibilities:

• Acting as a Support worker.
• Analysing behaviours
• Adapting to care plans
• Updating patient records and providing overall care and support
• Positive attitude and reliable
• Helping nurses to carry out plans and reviewing them as and when necessary
• Assisting the care team to ensure that the shift runs smoothly and efficiently
• Promoting choice, independence, dignity, and respect
