PE Global Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Foreman for a permanent position based in Limerick with a well-established main contractor.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a confident and proactive site leader who can oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and supervise all trades on site

• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings and specifications

• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour resources

• Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues, and report to the Site Manager

• Maintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping, and workmanship

• Keep accurate daily site records, including diaries and progress reports

• Support the project team with planning, sequencing, and site logistics

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Foreman or General Foreman role

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and health & safety regulations

• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret drawings and ensure compliance with technical specifications

• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site tickets required
