PE Global is recruiting a Medical Affairs Professional for our medical client based in Basingstoke. Pay rate is £20 per hour. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office). Contract until end of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:

Medical Affairs Support:
-
Coordinate and execute medical activities (advisory boards, symposia, RWE projects, educational events).
-
Maintain oversight of medical plans, tools (TL MaP, CET-tool), and documentation.
-
Support Veeva materials and interactions with external agencies or medical writers.
-
Facilitate administrative aspects of named patient programs.
-

Operational Excellence & Project Leadership:
-
Lead projects to optimize productivity, digitalization, and efficiency in Medical Affairs.
-
Monitor key metrics, performance, and budgets (OPEX, BAPS, IITs, sponsorships).

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
-
Respond to external inquiries and coordinate customer-facing activities.
-
Build and maintain relationships with professional societies and healthcare stakeholders.
-
Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer engagement through digital innovation.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in health or life sciences.
