Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Nursing in daily operations and strategic planning
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing and care staff
• Ensure high standards of care in compliance with HIQA regulations
• Foster a culture of dignity, respect, and compassion for resident

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration
✔ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in elderly care at CNM or ADON level
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔ A passion for delivering person-centred care
