You must have:
- At least 6 months of clinical experience as a healthcare assistant (within the last 2 years in the UK)
- Able to provide 2 clinical references from your current/previous employer
Your responsibilities:
- Acting as a healthcare assistant
- Helping to Administer, review, and monitor medications.
- Assessing care needs
- Helping nurses to carry out plans and reviewing them as and when necessary
- Assisting the care team to ensure that the shift runs smoothly and efficiently
- Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect
