The role:
Are you a compassionate and skilled Band 5 Mental Health Nurse looking for additional shifts around your lifestyle. PE Global are looking for RMNs to provide high-quality care to in-patients across the Macclesfield and Chester areas on a flexible basis.
As an RMN, you will work on inpatient wards to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This role is perfect for those seeking flexibility and variety, offering shifts tailored to your availability while ensuring you make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centred mental health care to individuals on inpatient wards.
- Administer medications and manage treatment plans in line with clinical guidelines.
- Respond effectively to patients in acute mental health crises.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and ensure patient safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to professional standards.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 6 months paid nursing experience within inpatient mental health settings
- Comply with NMC Professional registration
- Enhanced DBS
- Occupational Health Clearance
