PE Global recruitment are currently partnered with a leading Mechanical Engineering organisation to recruit Mechanical Site Managers to join the team in Dublin. This is a full time, permanent role.

Overview:
A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of mechanical works on residential construction projects across Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site-based mechanical installations (plumbing, HVAC, LTHW, etc.)

• Coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and materials

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and reporting

• Enforce health & safety and site compliance

• Liaise with project managers and design teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (residential projects essential)

• Mechanical trade or engineering qualification

• Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors

• Strong communication and leadership skills
