About the Company
A leading Data Centre Construction company, headquartered in Dublin and delivering projects across Europe, is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their team.
This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role based in D22 and offers an excellent entry point into Purchasing within the Construction Industry.
The Role
This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in purchasing or procurement. You will support the Purchasing team with administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company processes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Manage the new vendor account process, ensuring approvals are obtained in line with procedures.

Conduct due diligence on new account requests, including checks for duplication and liaising with the Finance Department as needed.

Communicate with project sites on the progress of vendor set-ups.

Maintain and update trackers, databases, and records for all new account requests.

Issue PQQ forms to potential vendors, collate responses, and forward for approval.

Carry out weekly reviews of supplier insurances, liaising with vendors to ensure compliance and maintaining records.

Under team guidance, review received insurance certificates to confirm appropriate cover is in place.
