About the Company
A leading Data Centre Construction company, headquartered in Dublin and delivering projects across Europe, is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their team.

This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role based in D22 and offers an excellent entry point into Purchasing within the Construction Industry.

The Role
This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in purchasing or procurement. You will support the Purchasing team with administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.

  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Manage the new vendor account process, ensuring approvals are obtained in line with procedures.

  • Conduct due diligence on new account requests, including checks for duplication and liaising with the Finance Department as needed.

  • Communicate with project sites on the progress of vendor set-ups.

  • Maintain and update trackers, databases, and records for all new account requests.

  • Issue PQQ forms to potential vendors, collate responses, and forward for approval.

  • Carry out weekly reviews of supplier insurances, liaising with vendors to ensure compliance and maintaining records.

  • Under team guidance, review received insurance certificates to confirm appropriate cover is in place.
