PE Global Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing renewable energy business in West Cork to recruit a Qualified Electrician. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Co. Cork.

Key Responsibilities

As a Qualified Electrician, you will:

• Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work across residential and commercial projects.

• Install, test, and commission renewable energy technologies, including solar PV systems and EV charging infrastructure.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Work closely with customers, providing a professional and courteous service at all times.

• Ensure compliance with national electrical safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Maintain accurate job records, reports, and documentation.

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician (QQI Level 6 or equivalent) with valid certification.

• Full, clean driving licence.

• Eligible to work in Ireland.

• Experience in solar PV installations is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.

• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

• Flexible and willing to travel across Munster to different project sites.

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards.
