PE Global Recruitment are currently working with Europe’s leading Data Centre delivery partners to recruit a Regional MEP Manager to join the team. This is a full time, permanent role. 

The Opportunity

Our client is a leading European data centre delivery partner, specialising in turnkey solutions from design through to construction, commissioning and handover.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Regional MEP Manager to provide leadership and strategic oversight across multiple projects within the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior MEP professional to take responsibility for multiple major projects, leading teams and working closely with senior management, clients, consultants and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP teams across multiple projects.
• Oversee MEP delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Provide strategic direction across construction, procurement and commissioning.
• Review and challenge designs to improve buildability, cost efficiency and programme certainty.
• Monitor regional project performance across safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee procurement activities, including MEP packages and long-lead equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Project Managers, MEP Leads and Engineering teams.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive consistency and continuous improvement across regional MEP delivery.
• Mentor and develop engineering and project delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant MEP delivery experience on large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Experience within data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, mission-critical or similar sectors.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects or regional operations.
• Strong understanding of design management, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Demonstrable experience leading and developing high-performing MEP teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budgets, change control and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, programming and project sequencing.
• Ability to influence and lead geographically dispersed teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
