PE Global is currently working with a prestigious hospital in Saudi Arabia who is looking for Nurse Clinician – Emergency Care

The Nurse Clinician delivers a broad range of high-quality professional nursing care to patients in the Emergency Unit. Utilizing the Nursing Process, the focus is on direct patient care and associated tasks, while referencing the Lippincott Manual and Mosby Competencies. The Nurse Clinician provides professional care under the supervision and guidance of the Charge Nurse and unit manager. Work is performed on any shift, as required, in the Emergency Unit, with hours assigned to meet operational needs, including on-call and scheduled overtime.

Daily duties involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans for patients and their families. The Nurse Clinician also participates in the orientation and integration of new hires and nursing staff into the unit. Routine collaboration with physicians includes following physician orders, assisting with medical procedures, and reporting changes in the patient’s condition. Regular communication with the Charge Nurse ensures updates on patient status and progress related to care plans. Additionally, the Nurse Clinician works closely with technical and support services to manage direct patient care, patient flow, and unit maintenance.

Education
A minimum of 3 years, either an International Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience
At least 2 years of clinical midwifery experience post-licensure/registration in the country of origin, including a minimum of 1 year in a Labor & Delivery Care unit.

Certifications/Other Requirements

  • Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
  • Must be a registered midwife in the home country.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Fluency in spoken Arabic is Desirable
