Im seeking multiple experienced Social Care Workers for Special Care Residential services. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate and motivated professionals looking to secure immediate work with consistent hours, HSE Payscales and flexible shift patterns.

Role Details

• Contract: Permanent Public Sector roles and temporary agency roles available 
• Start Date: Immediately 
• Hours: Up to 39 hours per week
• Shifts: Monday–Sunday | Days & Nights
• Employment Type: Agency / Contract Avaialble as well

Requirements

Candidates should ideally have:

• Full CORU Registration – Essential 
• A relevant Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or related discipline
• Experience working within residential, disability, or social care settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
• Full compliance documentation ready for review
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Desirable

• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
• Full clean driving licence
• Children First & relevant training certificates
