We are seeking dedicated and experienced Social Workers who are passionate about supporting adults,  and families and are looking to develop their career within the Irish social care sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing an allocated caseload in line with professional standards and policies.
• Assessing the needs and circumstances of adults.
• Developing and implementing appropriate care and support plans.
• Working collaboratively with adults, families, colleagues and external agencies.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case records.
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and professional networks.
• Promoting the welfare, safety and best interests of children and young people.

Requirements

• Recognised Social Work qualification.
• CORU registration.
• Relevant Social Work experience is desirable.
• Strong communication, assessment and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and families.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.
