Job Purpose
The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will support, Planning, Logistics & Purchase requisitioning activities and provide ongoing administrative, coordination and planning support within Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will work directly with, Operations, Purchasing & Supplier Management, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Suppliers and Customers with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all necessary Supply Chain SAP activities are implemented and effective to support current commercial and future new product introductions.
- Administration of Purchase Requisitions for raw material and supply items
- Tracking of Purchase Orders to ensure on-time delivery of items on order and working directly with PSM on material supply.
- Assist with Shop Floor Planning and production controls.
- Opening/Maintaining of Commercial, Project and Engineering Process Orders
- Generation of supplier delivery schedules and maintaining visual boards
- Generation of material, production, shipping and inventory reports
- Generate weekly production schedule through maintenance of the perfect performance planning schedule.
- Ensure planning parameters on SAP are accurately maintained and up to date.
- Active participation in and chairing of weekly supply chain meeting as required.
- Preparing data and analysis for monthly IBP cycle.
- Collaborate closely with Vlog Planning group on supply and demand of Humira and NJ commercial product.
- Ensure all supply chain related SOPs are maintained and accurate at all times
- Process Improvements: Position will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all quality procedures / regulations at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all EH&S procedures at all times.
Requirements
Essential – Third Level Qualification in relevant field (degree desirable) and/or minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supply chain function in a highly regulated environment
Desired – APICs qualification an advantage
Technical/Business Knowledge Required
- Intimate knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel.
- Advanced SAP/ERP knowledge and capability essential
- Experience of Supply Chain essential
- Experience of working in a busy manufacturing environment is an advantage

- Expected to handle all day to day training, learning & development queries, if major problem can refer to Supply Chain Manager.
- Responsible for the presentation of technical data to stakeholders to ensure prompt decisions on training/learning and development related issues.
Supervision Received
- The position will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager who will ensure the goals are defined and resources available.
EHS Responsibilities
- Comply with the EHS policy and procedures and demonstrate EHS best practices in all work activities;
- Continually be conscious of your own safety and that of others, always complying with safety notices and barriers;
- Report any EHS incidents and/or Near Misses (unsafe acts and conditions) immediately to your supervisor and always raise the event in EHS system.
- Support a culture of EHS excellence by recognizing and submitting opportunities for EHS improvement on EHS system.
- Attend all required EHS training and applicable medical surveillance programs.
- Wear PPE as required.
