A leading international engineering and construction company is seeking a Travel Coordinator to join their team at their head office in South Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting travel operations across multiple European project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel-related matters across the business

  • Manage the central travel inbox: monitor incoming queries, prioritise requests, and forward appropriately

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, rental cars, and transfers in line with project schedules

  • Ensure clear and timely communication between the head office, approvers, and on-site offices

  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to confirm travel-related expenses and agreements

  • Support travel operations for both Ireland and European sites

  • Perform administrative tasks including invoice handling, contract setup, documentation, and form management

  • Monitor compliance across all travel requests and policies

  • Liaise with the company’s travel agency to ensure high service standards and resolve any issues

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date travel records

  • Produce high-quality travel reports as needed

  • Provide updates and reports to the Travel Coordinator Lead and Finance Director

  • Support other areas of the Travel Department when required

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English (written and verbal)

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Awareness of international travel regulations and procedures
