The Role

PE Global are recruiting for a Doc Controller for our biopharmaceutical client based in Dublin 15. This is an initial 12 -month contract role. Hybrid working options.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and maintain detailed documentation for global supply chain processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process maps, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain managers, process owners, and subject matter experts, to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes, systems, and regulations.
  • Create visual aids, such as flowcharts and diagrams, to enhance the clarity and usability of documents.
  • Manage document control processes, including version control, approvals, and distribution.
  • Conduct regular audits of supply chain documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to supply chain staff on the use and interpretation of process documentation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and documentation.

 

Educations & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, process documentation, or technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
