The Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and industry requirements while supporting continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA procedures across retrofit projects
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
• Identify and drive process improvements with project teams
• Report on non-conformances and oversee corrective actions
• Support training initiatives around QA and safety best practices
• Review project documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Background in construction, engineering, environmental science or a relevant trade (Plumbing/Electrical)
• Previous QA/QC experience, ideally within construction or retrofit
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA systems

Desirable:

• QA certifications (ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
• Experience in energy efficiency or sustainable construction
• Strong organisational and time management skills
