PE Global are working with a growing renewable energy organisation based in West Cork to recruit a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join the team.  This is a full time, permanent role, ideally based in West Cork.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Sales Coordinator to manage our marketing campaigns, content creation, and lead management.

You’ll take ownership of advertising, content creation, and performance analysis — ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently from first contact to handover to the sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise SEO and website visibility to drive new enquiries.
  • Create engaging marketing materials including videos, posters, flyers, and digital graphics.
  • Regularly update content, promotions, and visuals in line with campaign plans.

 

Social Media & Content

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Write captions, design visuals, and edit short-form videos for Reels and promotional clips.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and presentation across all platforms.

 

Sales & Customer Follow-Up

  • Monitor all incoming leads from ads, website forms, or through the office and assign them to the sales team.
  • Liaise with sales team to confirm that leads were contacted, followed up, and booked in for a site survey.
  • Track and report on conversion rates (enquiries → quotes → sales).
  • Promote and manage offers, seasonal promotions, and special events.

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyse campaign performance (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) and identify what’s working.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarising key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Track return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, content creation, or customer communications.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and SEO basics.
  • Confident using Canva, Adobe tools, or similar for design and video editing.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite or CRM/email tools.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and improve performance.
  • Photography or video creation experience (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
