As Tier 1 suppliers to the HSE, PE Global Healthcare is recruiting for an Occupational Therapist Assistant based in the Midlands!

This is a full-time contract role, ideally starting as soon as possible. You will be part of the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT), offering interdisciplinary support to children and young people, based on the priorities identified with the family during the Individual Family Support Planning process.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will:

  • Support the Occupational Therapist in delivering therapy programmes and interventions.
  • Assist children and young people in developing independence, daily living, and participation skills.
  • Work alongside families and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide practical support.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service planning as directed by qualified therapists.

Essential Criteria

  • Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.

  • Ideally, previous experience working with children in a clinical or community setting.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Full driving licence and access to own car is desirable.

  • Must undergo Garda Vetting.

  • International Police Clearance required if you have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16.
