Social Care Worker – Residential Services (Co. Kildare)

6-Month Contract | 12-Hour Shifts | Immediate Start

We are seeking Social Care Workers to join established residential services in Co. Kildare, supporting the opening of a new service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering person-centred, high-quality care.

Residential services across Co. Kildare (Monasterevin – 6-month contracts available)

Shift Pattern

• 12-hour shifts: 8am–8pm (9am start can be accommodated)
• 3–4 shifts per week
• Day shifts
• Weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support
• Work collaboratively alongside regular staff
• Support service users in daily living and community integration
• Promote safeguarding and positive behavioural supports

Essential Requirements

• QQI Level 7/8 in Social Care (or equivalent)
• CORU Registration (or proof of application)
• Full Manual Driving Licence
• Garda Vetting & Safeguarding Training

📅 Contract Details

• 6-month fixed-term contract 
• Ad-hoc shifts may also be available
