PE Global is seeking an AI Specialist to play a key role in the transformation of our client’s AI, delivering solutions that enhance trading value, operational efficiency, and risk management. Reporting to the CIO, this role combines strategic input with hands-on technical delivery, working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the AI strategy and roadmap, identifying and prioritising high-value use cases

• Support the development of an AI Centre of Excellence, including standards and governance

Technical & Solutions

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models for trading, risk analytics, and operational monitoring

• Define AI architecture, tools, and best practices, embedding responsible AI principles

Business Value & Delivery

• Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value and track KPIs

• Translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases and drive adoption

Team & Governance

• Provide technical guidance and support the scaling of the AI team.

• Support AI governance, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5–10 years’ experience in AI, data science, or machine learning.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills; experience in trading or financial services is desirable.

Location

• Based in Saudi Arabia with regular international travel
