PE Global is currently recruiting for a Social Media Concepts Coordinator for a leading client in Travel & Hospitality industry, based in London.

The role offers flexibility with on site, hybrid or remote working.

This is an initial 6 months contract position paying up to £24.87ph PAYE or £33.04ph Umbrella depending on experience.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities

  • You are endlessly curious about what’s next—tracking creators, cultural trends, and digital movements across platforms. In this role, you will surface the freshest ideas and cultural insights to inspire the creative and sourcing teams. Your trend-spotting will directly create and influence the experiences and pitches we craft for talent and brand partners.
  • Monitor and analyse conversations, content, and creators across major social platforms.
  • Identify emerging trends, viral moments, and innovative creators relevant to our brand and audience.
  • Curate daily or weekly trend reports, or inspiration decks for the team.
  • Brainstorm and help shape creative ideas for new Experiences, collaborating with team members and supporting the pitch process.
  • Proactively share cultural insights and relevant content to inspire new experience ideas.
  • Maintain a library of trend references and influencer/creator spotlights.
  • Present findings and recommendations in an engaging, digestible way (verbally, visually or in writing).
  • Keep materials organized and contribute to the documentation and sharing of new trends and concept ideas across the team.

Education/Experience

  • Deep passion for social media, digital culture, and emerging trends; you’re always one step ahead on what’s buzzing and who’s creating it.
  • 2+ years of experience in creative development, marketing, social media, or a related field (experience can include internships or freelance/side projects).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to share ideas clearly—both visually and verbally.
  • Basic skills with graphic and presentation tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint, and the Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and eager to learn, with a positive, proactive attitude and a curiosity for the new and unknown.
