Staff Nurse – Band 5

PE Global are an approved supplier to the NHS via the Health Trust Europe Framework.  We are pleased to be working with a general hospital based in Prescot, Merseyside to support their temporary agency requirements.

The role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Band 5 Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our healthcare team. You will be working within the general hospital to cover temporary staff shortages.  You will have the ability to choose your own working areas from a range of available shifts subject to your relevant skill set.

The role of an agency staff nurse is to support in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of high quality nursing care, working as part of a multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors and HCAs.  We are seeking compassionate nurses, capable of working in a busy hospital environment to deliver evidence based and patient focused care.

We can offer you a variety of shift patters, from long days or nights to traditional 7.5 hours on weekdays or weekends.  You can work a few shifts, a few weeks or for a number of months.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and have excellent communication skills.

What you’ll need:

A minimum of 6 months paid experience in ward-based nursing role within the UK 
Hold a valid NMC PIN – Sponsorship is not available
Enhanced DBS
Occupational Health Clearance
