As a Live-in Homecarer, you will reside with the client and work on a set rotation. Typically, this involves an 8-week rotation on followed by an 8-week rotation off. While the following list outlines general duties, it is not exhaustive. Responsibilities may vary based on individual client needs. These responsibilities are adaptable to accommodate individuals with disabilities.
The duties and responsibilities are:
- Personal care: Aiding with essential daily activities.
- Home Help: Tasks that contribute to maintaining a comfortable and functional living environment for clients.
- Companionship Services: Focus on enhancing emotional well-being and promoting social interaction
Essential Requirements and Experience:
- 6 months paid employment within the healthcare sector that can be supported with a company reference
- Language proficiency- a good level of English is essential
- EU Passport essential
- Basic IT skills
- Police clearance essential
Live-in Homecarers Pay Rates from €13.50 with additional premiums for nights and Sundays. Typical 42hour week.
