The Role

PE Global are recruiting for a Learning and Development Content Creator for our pharmaceutical client based in Ballydine, Tipperary. This is an initial 11-month contract role.

The Learning and Development Content Creator is responsible for identifying, designing and developing programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and developing training programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
• Acting as an administrator for the Learning Management System.
• Assessing and prioritizing training needs in consultation with the L&D Lead, managers, system owners, and subject matter experts, aligning with the site’s strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
• Supporting managers and individuals by providing information, advice, and resources to promote a high-performing organization. This includes designing and delivering customized training plans for new and existing employees.
• Providing guidance in the design of training programs and assisting in evaluating training activities.

Core Competencies:

• Expert knowledge of principles and methods for designing and delivering training material.
• Strong presentation and training evaluation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 Software and Excel.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills and influence others positively.

Education & Experience

• Minimum degree-level qualification in Management, Life Sciences, Instructional Design or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
