MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Medical Director – Central London – Rare Disease 

I have an exciting opportunity to join a leading US Biotech supporting the imminent launch of their new product treating rare genetic diseases.

Based in London, you will be reporting to directly to the Global Medical Affairs Director helping support our client’s current pipeline and post-marketing of the new product globally. You will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders such as; healthcare practitioners and medical institutions, you will help generate data and publications to promote wider clinical use of this new product. Responsibilities will include, tactical delivery of projects and close collaboration with regional country and above country medical teams, as well as working cross-functionally with multiple departments.

I am interested in speaking to a Medical Affairs professional looking to join an exciting US biotech at a pivotal time in it’s history. Ideally you will have experience managing product launches, have good understanding of UK , EU and global markets.

EXPERIENCE:

MD, PharmD or PhD  
3+ experience in Medical Affairs 
Paediatrics or Rare Diseases 
Strategic thinking and planning, medical and scientific knowledge Develop and deliver effective presentations  

CONTRACT LENGTH:
12 months with potential to extend or become permanent
