The Role
PE Global are recruiting for a Recruitment Partner for our pharmaceutical client based in Dublin. This is a 12 -month contract role. Hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Developing and implementing recruitment strategies in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Will involve proactive activity anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.
- 25-30 requisitions per month, various different areas including QC, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, IT.
- Manage requisitions, candidates and hiring managers
- Must be a strong all-round recruiter
Education & Experience
- 2-3 years in house recruitment experience
- Pharma experience ideal but not essential
- Experience dealing with a high volume of requisitions
- Workday experience ideal
