REGISTRAR – ACUTE MEDICINE

The post holder will manage patients on the Acute care wards. You will also be expected to supervise the ward juniors and to undertake procedures and review referrals on other medical and surgical and outlying wards. There will also be an expectation to regularly attend outpatient clinics and to discuss patients with the clinic’s Consultant.

As a senior employee of the Health Board the post holder will work in close co-operation with, and support other clinical, medical professional and managerial colleagues in providing high quality healthcare to the Health Board’s patients.

Main duties of the job

• Seeking dynamic doctor with extensive acute medicine experience for a 12-month appointment. Requires MRCP, ALS, and full GMC registration.
• Join our renowned tertiary referral center affiliated with Warwick Medical School.
• Work in our growing Acute Medicine facility with educational and research opportunities.
