My client a leading independent Contract Research Organisation (CRO) who focus on developing new drugs and therapeutic treatments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physician to develop their career within clinical trials and drug development.
As a Research Physician, you will be accountable for the medical oversight of early Phase Clinical Trials, you will be accountable for the screening , medical supervision of study patients, review of study protocols and production of safety documents. Other duties will include, performing patient physical examinations and assisting the Principal Investigators with ward duties.
As Research Physician you will work across a range of clinical trials; you will be trained in protocol development, data analysis and reporting. In this role you will be joining a passionate medical team reporting to a highly experienced Medical Director.
My client has setup and funds comprehensive training and development programs for all of their Physicians; you will have the opportunity train for your PMST and study towards a post graduate qualifications such as an MBA, MSc or a PhD.
I am interested in speaking to GMC registered Doctors who have a minimum of 2 years post Foundation Training experience, or worked as a Specialty Registrar, you must have worked directly in patient care and be experienced in prescribing.
My client is offering;
Base salary up to £65,000 PA
37.5 hours per week – no weekends
