My client one of the UK’s leading clinical research organisations has an opening for a GMC registered Doctor to train as a Screening Research Physician. This is a rare opportunity for a NHS Doctor to move into clinical trials enhancing their chances of moving into the biopharma sector. 

As a Screening Research Physician, you will focus on screening outpatients who are taking part in clinical trials. You will be responsible for reviewing medical records and performing medical examinations. Other duties in this role will be the review of laboratory reports, ECG, vital signs and study specific tests.

In this role you will be joining a passionate medical team reporting to a Senior Research Physician. My client has set up and funds  comprehensive training and development programs for all of their Physicians, you will have the opportunity train for the PMST and study towards post graduate qualifications such as an MBA, MSc or PhD.

Experience:

I am interested in speaking to GMC registered Doctors with at least two years post Foundation Training experience, or experience working as a Specialty Registrar. 

Package:

Base salary of £63,000 + bonus and other benefits including pension, healthcare and dental, eye tests, life assurance.
