Shift Workers required for Mallow area, for 6 month Seasonal Contract. Currently we have openings in both the Production and Warehouse sides of the business. Candidates will need relevant experience for either or both sections – but any lapsed certifications and/or licences will be renewed for you.

Option1: Production Operative – minimum of 6 months production/manufacturing experience is essential

Production Operatives will ideally have previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Production Operatives will need to be capable of working on their own initiative with little supervision.

Production Operatives will be assigned a shift roster. Shifts will most likely be 12 hours in duration and can be day or night, and/or a mixture of both. Average working week 48 hours.

We require Production Operatives to have a strong attention to detail in regards to record-keeping, to actively monitor the process and to respond proactively to any issues that may arise.

Production Operatives will need to be quality focused especially around compliance with hygiene, 5S, HACCP and other quality related standards.

You must be capable of carrying out daily manual handling activities of lifting, rotations & lowering of objects.

You will require the ability to work in a highly regulated environment – be able to liaise effectively with colleagues and shift managers alike.

Candidates will be offered direct seasonal contract with the company and full training.

Option 2: Warehouse Operator – with previous forklift experience/daily use in work

These are roles with the food industry and based in the Mallow area.

Candidates will be offered direct seasonal contract with the company and full training.

These roles may be day or night or a mix of both. Average working week 48 hours.

Candidates will ideally have worked with Production and/or Manufacturing environments previously and have exposure to SOP/GMP practises.

Forklift and Palletiser experience and/or certification would be a strong advantage.

Payment Details:€19.53 per hour across all shifts.
