The Role

PE Global are recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for our cloud software client based in Dublin CC. 6- month contract role. Hybrid working options.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Using your strong in-house technical recruiting skills to find outstanding talent to help craft and scale engineering teams
  • Measuring and tracking performance against headcount targets and provide guidance to the monthly/quarterly hiring forecast
  • Develop and implement sourcing channels to support our hiring needs, while ensuring a balance of diversity throughout our candidate pools
  • Using market data and insights in order to have empowered conversations
  • Drive critical efforts to deliver against headcount goals, technical requirements, sophisticated roadmaps, partnering with various peer groups and hiring managers to effectively leverage process, programs, strategic sourcing and technology to drive improvement and efficiency

Education and Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience required in technical recruiting, specifically Security and Engineering, for all levels of an organisation including at least 5 years of in-house experience
  • 5+ years’ experience crafting sourcing channels that are aligned with current and future pipeline needs, including developing a sourcing strategy to support diverse hiring needs
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership stakeholders
  • Shown to handle conflicting priorities, while being very adaptable, agile and flexible
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple deadline-oriented projects is essential.
  • Networking ability to continuously generate a healthy and diverse pool of candidates
  • Confirmed experience partnering and building positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Analytic skills with the ability to report on workflow and metrics
  • Innovative, creative and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success
  • Strong written and verbal communication, highly organised with a focus on delivering business results
  • Skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making and the ability to influence
  • Takes initiative, is proactive with strong follow through and client service
  • Self-motivated, driven, go-getter mentality
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with ambiguity
