Clinical Nurse Manager 3

PE Global Healthcare are currently recruiting for an Clinical Nurse Manager 3 for a Client based in Galway. As an Clinical Nurse Manager Grade 3,you will play a crucial role in delivering specialised care to those who need it most. In this role you will support the Director of Nursing, to organise, develop, direct and implement the overall operation of the Nursing Department. Candidates must be highly motivated, creative, and experienced with a passion for engaging with the people we support daily.

Requirements

• Current NMBI Registration
• 8 years post registration experience
• 5 years nursing management experience at CNM2/CNS of which 3 must have been, ideally, in a palliative care, or similar, setting.
• Ability to demonstrate respect focused leadership while continuing to meet service demands and changes
• Possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Palliative Care at not less than level 8 (QQI) in health care or PDip/Masters in Palliative care
• Possesses formal Management qualification (i.e. Degree / Diploma or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience of operating under Quality Systems (e.g. HIQA, CHKS, ISO, JCI)
